Fees & Commitments

• Agreement Fee: A non-refundable $400 interviewing and processing fee is required to initiate your nanny search. This covers candidate outreach, screening, and interview coordination.

• Placement Fee: A one-time fee is charged only when we successfully match your family with a Unicorn Nanny. Placement fees are based on the length of commitment and weekly hours requested. (Please note: placement fees are not monthly charges—they are a single service fee for securing your nanny.)

Search Timeline & Requirements

• Typical searches take 2–4 weeks, depending on your requested qualifications.

• Placements must offer a minimum of 10 hours per week and at least 3 hours per day.

• Please note: part-time roles under 15 hours per week are more challenging to fill.

• Part time placements $2,500 (Less than 25 hours per week)

• Full time placements $4,500 (more than 25 hours per week)
